Near airport

Not so perfect service as in the same brand hotel at Bali where I was before.

Close to the airport, simple but handy for short stays.

The rooms don't seem to be insulated for sound. Noisy guests makes it hard to sleep on a short layover.

- Hotel still under construction - Some construction at night (2AM), although shortly only - Small sign pointing towards road to hotel not visible at night - Although taxi reservations (to airport or other destinations from hotel) are made under a room number, the receptionist can give your taxi to other waiting customers. This (probably) happened to me and when I complained they gave someone's taxi to me.

Very near to the airport for a short night between two flights. Practical and clean.

The rooms are new and modern. The bed is comfortable. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. It's only a 10 minute taxi ride from the International Airport, so that is very convenient for people who need to stay overnight before a transfer. There is a hot and cold mineral water dispenser downstairs which guests can use for free, saving them the trouble of finding bottled drinking water in an unfamiliar place, particularly if they are only staying in Jakarta for a transfer.

The wi-fi is only available downstairs in the lobby. There is no in- house restaurant, so the only food available is delivery from McDonalds or a Japanese restaurant. This takes 45 minutes. The area surrounding the hotel is not particularly pleasant, so weary travellers may find it difficult to go outside and forage for food. Breakfast is not provided by the hotel, aside from a single choice of traditional indonesian breakfast, which guests could potentially dislike or have allergies to, leaving them with nothing to eat. There is no electric kettle in the hotel room.

Hotel is brandnew and clean. Very close to the airport.

Location. Only go here if you need to go to the hospital. There is nothing to do around here. They do not have breakfast, just a little snack. Since there are no shops or restaurants in the neighbourhood it would be good if they would serve breakfast.

It is a new hotel.The location is next to Jakarta Airport good for those have a transit flight. Good staff.

There is nothing you can find nearby hotel even a restaurant. I have to take a taxi to had my dinner. Had a problem with wifi in this hotel as I could not get a connection from my room.
